Trigger Point Massage – 30 min – $85
Trigger point massage technique is used to treat more significant pain caused by injuries. Trigger point pain is an interesting aspect of the human body. Since our bones and muscles are closely connected, an injured or overused part of the body can trigger pain to other parts. For example, an overextended shoulder muscle can lead to a headache. In this type of massage, our massage therapist will do their best to identify the cause of your pain. Then will develop a massage plan to address the resulting discomfort.
Deep Pressure Massage – 30 min – $85
Deep pressure technique uses greater pressure and longer strokes to help relieve tension and knots. Deep pressure massage eases aches and pains.
Additionally, stiff necks, sore shoulders, and other trouble areas can also be addressed. Deep pressure massage encourages healing of these areas and helps to increase blood flow throughout the entire body.
Tension Headache Massage
Tension Headaches are the most common type of headache.
Its name indicates the role of stress and mental or emotional conflict in triggering the pain and and contracting muscles in the neck, face, scalp, and jaw. Tension-type headaches may also be caused by jaw clenching, intense work, missed meals, depression, anxiety, or too little sleep. For these most common tension-type headaches, massage helps to break down adhesions, relax muscles, and reduce tension.

There are different causes of TMJ Disorder, including arthritis or a jaw injury. But if TMD (TMJ Disorder), is related to tightness and imbalance in the TMJ muscles because of clenching, a professional jaw massage might be right for you. Massage for aching jaw muscles can help release tension in myofascial trigger points and bring on “neuromuscular harmony” between the joint, tooth contact and muscles. Our TMJ Joint Massage can help to unravel the ropey muscle fibers. This will bring relief and keep the jaw muscles smooth and supple.

Many use this type of massage to benefit their general health.
